You have that “swim ring” around you and you don’t know how to get rid of it? Try these nice ab exercise that everyone can do, and with only 3 minutes per day you will get amazing abs.

How much time per exercise: Each exercise is performed according to the time that is appropriate for you fitness level.

Level:Beginner– do all 6 exercises, 30 seconds each

Level:Intermediate– make your choice of 4 exercises and do those 45 seconds each

Level:Advanced– make your choice of 3 exercises and do those 1 minute each
