BOILED EGG DIET: HERE’S HOW YOU LOSE 10 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK!


There aren’t any magic tricks to lose weight overnight, hover there are ways that will help you accelerate the weight loss process. The first thing to do when trying to lose weight is to reduce the calorie intake.

The main ingredient of this diet is eggs. Eggs are abundant in minerals such as magnesium, potassium, zinc, and calcium. Also vitamins such as e vitamin C, B12, B2, A, B5 and E and also other important nutrients.






They contain 9,4 % polyunsaturated, 18,1 % saturated fat and 25 % monounsaturated fat. In the past it was believed that eggs increase LD cholesterol levels, however, this was proven to be a myth and that they actually regulate cholesterol levels in another way.

People who tried this diet say that their energy levels might be decreased due low in carbs, but that can be resolved with regular exercise.

This is the 2-week plan:

WEEK 1:

Monday:
Breakfast –2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch –2 slices of bread and fruit
• Dinner –grilled chicken and salad

Tuesday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch –grilled chicken and green salad
• Dinner – 2 boiled eggs, salad and an orange.

Wednesday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch – cheese, a slice of bread and a tomato
• Dinner – Grilled chicken and salad

Thursday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch – fruit
• Dinner – grilled chicken and salad

Friday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch –2 boiled eggs and boiled vegetables
• Dinner – grilled fish and salad.

Saturday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch – fruit.
• Dinner – grilled chicken and salad

Sunday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit.
• Lunch – boiled vegetables with chicken and a tomato salad
• Dinner – boiled vegetables






WEEK 2:

Monday:
Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch – chicken and salad
• Dinner – 2 boiled eggs, salad and an orange

Tuesday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch –2 boiled eggs and boiled vegetables
• Dinner – grilled fish and salad.

Wednesday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch – Salad and chicken
• Dinner – 2 boiled eggs, salad and an orange

Thursday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch –2 boiled eggs, cheese and boiled vegetables
• Dinner – grilled chicken and salad

Friday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch – tuna salad
• Dinner –2 boiled eggs and salad

Saturday:
Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch – salad and chicken
• Dinner – fruit.

Sunday:
Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit
• Lunch and dinner – grilled chicken and vegetables

It might seem a little bit tough, but soon as you see the results in the first few days it will motivate you to go on and finish it.
